Swing into Spring with May’s Late Night at the Taubman!

We’ve got a fun evening filled with Spring-inspired activities including:

5:30-6:30 pm: Pop in for a Pop Up! Join artist Katherine Devine in creating Mother’s Day pop-up cards. Materials provided. Free of charge and no registration required!

6-8 pm: Put some spring in your swing with Underground Swing dance lessons! It’s a fun, low-pressure way to meet new people while getting some exercise to upbeat jazz music. Underground Swing Dance is a local organization developing the swing dance scene in Roanoke and surrounding areas. Anyone can explore the joy of dance with any level of prior experience. Lessons are free and no registration required – walk-ins welcomed!

7-8 pm: Make memories and create something special with your mother at the Mom and Me Spring Flowerpot Decorating Workshop! Bring mom out to the Museum and decorate 2 ceramic flowerpots together – this workshop is open to all ages. Cost: $45 Members | $50 visitors | Covers two participants and two decorated pots to take home | Advance registration required at https://bit.ly/momandmeworkshop.
